Very interested as to how they are able to do this as they only had 73 million shares to start with.
MMJ owns 53million @.75c of these and harvest one was listing the other 20 million to raise the 15million .
If they are able to list another 33.3 million shares then we become only a 50 percent holder in the company.
An announcement is most certainly required.
