Saputo could have done a private placement to dilute Lion and then done the take-over offer if Lion was still resisting so maybe Lion will accept it this time round.

Then they would not of taken part in the share offer . The money will always be there in the mean time it allows a bit of light to shine in to give them an insight to how they are traveling. If it was me i would keep the door open
