I think the issue with ST1 is management execution...they offer extremely high internet speeds but only for specific apartment blocks/buildings in couple of Australian states. Their return on equity is very high and obviously if they manage to increase their revenues year after year, I believe the shareholders will be rewarded.

But there are also risks: they don't provide residential internet services for houses, which I believe they should be doing. If they manage to offer same speeds for residential clients (stand alone houses), the stock is worth much, much more.
