One thing you can be sure of is that they are not wanting to be a 60% shareholder, to lose money. If they want this, they want it to make money, which means shareholders will make money. Question is, how long will it take. If they can use the cash and really expedite the current projects, then this is one way we will see fast growth in earnings. If they already have some targets for "takeover", then they will have the cash to expedite this activity as well. Any company that they takeover, I would expect them to then push to ramp up production to get maximum value as soon as possible as well.

So it really depends on how they play it and how good this new team really are.

I have held since 51c and bought all the way up to $1.60. I think I will hold and buy more to get back to around what my current holding is now, but in the new structure.
