No-one is claiming that. International law protects human rights. However being detained unlawfully simply because you are of a particular race ,colour or religion is not on. The woman who was returning to her husband who were both legally entitled to be in he USA did not deserve to be treated like a suspect, a criminal. As it has come to pass the protests at Airports by decent people and interventions of decent people around the world is causing the moronic President to backtrack. That woman was allowed to enter through the airport into the arms of her husband with massive cheering and support from the people there.

Others who had visas and were similarly entitled were frightened of the treatment and accepted departure.
