I said it was a win but a win that makes it a choice for KDR between a multi million settlement or 4 months of further uncertainty or if they push the matter to trail the risk of a possible appeal that could see the proceedings go into next year. Unfortunately for you you seem incapable of understanding cause and effect.

KDR are not mining yet they don't have unlimited funds and will need to convince the market that their plans are sound. If you want to place blind faith in one brokers report or your mysterious unnamed geologist consultant mates there is nothing stopping you.
