That post may be a year old but the fact is that it seems that timing is the most difficult aspect of this stock.

however, I am most bemused regarding three issues which you have raised:

1. You have shorted RRS
2. The PSA wont be ratified, there is no one to ratify the PSA, the ICU won't ratify the PSA ( this one is obvious as the ICU never had a governing interest in Puntland)
3. Range have failed to make good their commitment to the monthly payments owed to the Puntland Govt/Consort.

Could you please explain your claims.
