    Couldn't agree more....

"Further, I would not be surprised to learn the trading halt has been called, not just to "clarify" the nature of recent comments regarding Rozna, but to come up with a counter-measure for the obvious negative view many will take.

I wonder what else we don't know about, that might be mature enough to warrant an ASX announcement?"

Uran's management is very experienced....I can't imagine that they hadn't already planned for the possible scenarios that might have eventuated out of these negotiations.....they were right on top with the trading halt, and I would think that they have contingencies to temper this storm.....we will see soon I suppose.

Naturally, myself included, now question whether Uran will be able to encourage some party to form a partnership. I posted this a few days ago....

"Our Australian politicians use the same cagey speech with any number of issues here at home.
I wasn't too concerned when I first read this article weeks ago, as I passed it off as the usual government party line banter that any country would use."

I don't think it is wise to equate Australian politicians to their Ukranian counterparts.....we here have shown ourselves to be all too willing to sell the farm all too often, acts which I consider of the highest order of stupidity....a trait I don't believe to be inherent with the Ukranians, Russians, or any of the former states.

They tend to put a much greater value on things as they have in life far less in comparison to this wasteful nation....I don't think that the injection of a few western dollars will create some massive change.... they are becoming all too aware of their enormous resource wealth, and the fact that soon enough they will be positions affording them huge bargaining power....a clear example of this is Russia's re-awakening as a massive global power due almost entirely to it's new found position as an energy superpower....it is beginning to dictate to nations the world over....ie disagree and we turn off the gas

I love a sunburnt country....but I wonder how much greater this land would be if it was in the hands of people far more intelligent than us.

These deals will come at a far greater price than many that post here expect, if at all....there is far too much optimism at present.

    I hold.

I first started watching URA when it was in the low 0.20's whilst it was still Great Western Exploration....I thought that the idea of scouring Eastern European states for uranium ventures was exciting and could amount to anything...and the fact that Michael Kiernan was running things gave me great confidence.

I still remain confident that Uran will deliver....however I do realise that the longer that we go without setting something in stone, the less likely that a positive outcome will ensue, as would-be partners will only continue to awaken to the enormous worth of uranium assets.

Time is of the essense here....and as always, timing is everything.
