Major positive out of this is the debt facility, finally we have a creditor how can ensure a bit of corporate governance maintenance. Very healthy change from Nic's previous attitude of constant dilution and empire building without responsibility. It does seem to have cost the company a fair bit though, seems like the cost of the debt versus how big the debt facility is included substantial fees by the funds provider. Although the discipline this should bring to AJX is probably worth it as compared to another equity raising.
