Didn't they hire some working girl as their accountant who knew nothing about finance? Also create some fictitious related party loan? I hope they are held accountable for the whole thing really was a disgusting sham.

I wouldn't be so quick to write off your XPE investment though. You do have a high (given a short history) entry point, however it isn't management/directors trying to pull wool over your eyes it is the elusive 'market makers' trying to crush the life out of you. They are backed up by a layer of unsophisticated traders that operate on these threads that dump truck trade between the 2s and 3s.

Think of it like a cake with many layers and the trading range you are seeing with this price is made up of algo's and pip hunters mainly. They are always attracted good speculative stock with a lot of retail investment and free floating shares (about 70% of XPE).

I know its hard to look beyond your unrealised loss - however the comfort is that the presence of these market participants means the stock has a lot of attention and once it gains traction as a business they become incredibly less prevalent as larger brokers take chunk after chunk of the free floating shares and block their positions. This is all centred around Xped progressing forward as business which the proof is in the latest announcement.
