    I am all new to these shares.

    Now if Harvest One was oversubscribed AND mmj directors had our interests at heart.

    Why would they not just allow Harvest one to be oversubscribed with excess cash at bank at Harvest one?

    as opposed to MMJ losing another 10% of Harvest one?

    doesn't seem to be at mmj interests?
