Just out of interest, do you have some sort of interest in Hartleys?
You seem to slavishly pull out their valuation to back your view that EGO is undervalued, in my experience brokers reports are seldom worth very much, especially when viewed in isolation (ie one single broker's view).
Why this fixation on Hartley?
