Yet with Citylink about to revise the toll costs by up to 225 per cent for heavy vehicles from 1 April (it will be a bonza). a 95 study by over 12 years found the elasticity of demand at -0.10, a blip when public transport is 400% higher at c-0.41 elasticity.
