I definitely agree with some of your points, but i believe you have overlooked a few things.

HML are not just a managed futures fund, they also invest in privately listed and unlisted companies. They partake in Investor Activism trades such is in the case of SIO, and look for opportunities globally in all shapes and forms such as in the recent partnership with Shinsegae Food.

Unlike the vast majority of Hedge Fund managers out there, Stuart correctly predicted well in advance, Brexit, Trump, OPEC, and other Global Macro trades with near pinpoint precision. HML's market Outlook statements are well worth a read if you haven't already. Clearly Stuart is very skilled at what he does.

The problem i have with your posts is with the subtle way you imply HML are some kind of Ponzi scheme.

You have absolutely no evidence of this, and some of your posts could even be considered defamation as you are spreading false claims of wrong doing. Just recently in the HML forum, you made comments suggesting they have broken their investing mandate with the Shinsegae partnership. It was only after you were called out and corrected, you had to apologise for misreading their PDS investment mandate.

So unless you have any evidence of wrong doing, you should keep you fear mongering to a minimum.
