Is that right Spruik? (I don't know, just asking)
Given the buyer of the 25% hasn't performed is there no out for PDN if they wish it?
This may all be very conditional etc. (I'm not familiar with detail) but on the simple face of it doesn't seem reasonable that if the buyer doesn't "settle" they should relinquish some rights.
