I am not suggesting that EPT just pump out stuff for the sake of it. There was some good stuff in the Qtly and the potential for a separate announcement or two. It just makes good sense to keep meaningful news flow happening as it helps keep the company on brokers watch lists and they follow you. If news is just in the Qtly brokers lose interest. There was some good outcomes in the Qtly, I am just saying put it up in lights a bit more and a bit more frequently. I am still of the belief that by the middle of the year EPT will be at much higher levels as they are still on their timelines and fully funded. They do not need to pump it up in the short term just keep a good news flow happening, be a bit smarter about their announcements and let the market do the rest.
