I agree that the rights issue needs to be a 1 for 1 or a 1 for 2, at 5 cents. I am happy with either.
Doesn't matter if the share price goes to 30 cents in the meantime; it still needs to be at 5 cents.
Smart investors should be seeing this and taking the opportunity to buy in knowing that they will be issued cheap shares within a few months at the latest.

The price should start to soar naturally anyway, as the bankruptcy chance has been completely removed and this should drive the share price up anyway. Incredible that bankrupt ERA still has a market cap greater than PDN - that will end very soon methinks. RIO talking to PDN suggests quite clearly that they have totally abandoned ERA and would have already written off their holding in it in their own mind, and are looking for uranium exposure through a market leading company. Blind Freddy can see that.
