Yes the dump from 45c wasn't ideal but the board wanted to list at 25c so they would only get serious investors on board not day traders (but got talked out of it - by a third party and because of bal issues)... The big spike wouldn't have happened!
The smart money is accumulating bub at these prices... as they know coming into April and beyond this is a steal down here. The dumb money is selling and panicking...
