    I have not been a regular reader of this column since selling my FARs some months ago. Can anyone tell me if there has been any recent news from Farjoy ( not Farjock!), whether he remains a substantial shareholder and if he has indicated any confidence about the pre emotion issue in view of his pre eminent legal background.
