So it seems we are building this new MABR facility at our cost and it will then have all the necessary certifications to be a reference point for future sales.
I thought that was the purpose of the US Virgin Islands installation. To act as a reference point for sales into the USA. Seems like California don't agree.
There is no time frame given for completion of testing and evaluation by CR2C. Then the findings need to be published and discussed. How long is this going to take ? I bet it won't be at China speed.
Does this mean we can't sell any MABR systems in California until this testing process has been carried out ?
Will this be the same requirement in all States ? or will California suffice ?
Does this mean there will be no RAAS deals done until this process is completed ?
I find this announcement as a short term negative.
