Chronic history of gross underperformance (6 yrs and counting), very poor competitive position in a hyper competitive industry, no unique or differentiating product, razor thin margins, balance sheet stress, management turnover, repeated failure to deliver on earnings guidance....
There is no compelling reason, at all, to be in this stock.
