True, but legal firms are just the tool. The root cause is individuals thinking they are entitled to compensation. E.g. if a lawyer gets a criminal off jail time, as a victim are you more angry with the criminal (root cause) or the lawyer (just doing their job?). I could see how people would be angry at the lawyer, but me personally i would be mad with the perpetrator..
In this case i have no comment on portfolio laws tactics, except to say that the confidential internal report conducted by srx lead to the ceo sacking. So there is a possible case of fraud/deception/insider trading.
