If the latter has been secured, the share price will fly like Seagull. This was the reason why the board hired Mr Coote from Imperium Capital Group. Anyone could raise equity funding at anytime and at any price but only few people could raise money at a higher price. PSY had proven in the past that they could secure equity funding at 0.360 in Sep 2014. History may repeat itself. Hehehe
