I don't believe that Heathgate will try to takeover AGS. First of all Heathgate is a private compo]any, so they think differently than a public company.
However the big plus is that we have a majority shareholder that SMM doesn't have in Mr. Gandel.
Without his approvel, no takeover, and I don't believe he will sell for a long time. IMHO.
Anyway the takeover of PDN of SMM is way under valued.
SMM should be at least $10 a share after the ALP change.
Just my opinion.
