then , its going to be tough to get the average person from those countries to grasp English in their host country, such migrants need to be cared for rather than expected to perform tasks that are beyond their capability. We do not expect the intellectually disabled born in Australia to work but there is an expectation for the average migrant from countries with an average IQ considered to be intellectually disabled, who can not even speak English and are often even illiterate in their native language to work , that seems a racist expectation.
