Seems to be ok. Fair bit of work transitioning them over to the Aconex platform but from all reports progressing well. Fair bit of work taking over another large company but seems to be happening without bleeding cash.

As Michael has said, management did say in meetings with broker analysts that conject recognised some revenue differently. They recognised slightly more upfront while aconex tends to apportionate it quite equally across the life of the contract. Likely played a part in amended guidance outside exchange rates, Brexit etc.
