I do hope but doubt that the missing of targets was entirely due to companies wanting to expand their product range. As stated earlier, without Alexicool I am not sure where we would be and IMO we would have missed targets by far more. I do think it is a valid point that to miss BASELINE revenues by such a long way ("It is in the bag" I think @pinto quoted NC saying) implies a little business naivety.
I appreciate your passion but to state investors have no idea about realities of business when they are going on the words of management does also bring into question why the targets were made public in the first place, and to then say customers wanted more layers of product with little further information, still does not silence the voices in my head saying am I missing something and what other surprises are around the corner.
Maybe that is why people are selling, management have dashed our hopes on a few occasions too many and the belief of a $10 per share has almost been extinguished.
