Punter 45, I don't see how suing someone for misleading, in fact outright lying in the public domain, with the impact of being injurious to a company's financial standing or its share price or to its reputational standing, can be considered as causing a "bad reputation" that you say. Plenty of companies litigate in the courts without it causing a negative impact on the company's reputation.
I sincerely hope that any further trolling on HC that is based on outright lies that could potentially be injurious to NAG, is met with a thermonuclear legal response by the company next time around
