It costs quiet a bit of money to make a bid. Unless you're pretty confident of success you're wasting your time and money and energy that could be better used on something that may be more realistic.
Now take a look at CMR larger shareholders and ask yourself would a takeover be probable? I doubt it. Not without a HUGE premium, and certainly not in overvalued scrip
