    The wolf is trying to get it lower so if it turns he can then jump in. The lower it is the better he fairs.
    If all mou's are meaningless what the hell is he doing posting on spec stocks, he should be on bop, rio and fortescue.

    Mou's, offtakes and financing are all spec stocks have....
