Has anyone confirmed that Petrosen is party to the JOA. If so who? It a pretty important piece of detail.
Still, the problem is we don't know what's in the JOA. Even if Petrosen is party to the JOA, the JOA may well draw a distinction between "participating party/parties" and "non-participating party/ies" where the participating parties refer to those that pay all exploration costs and get PE rights while a non-participating party (Petrosen) do not share in the costs of exploration and do not have any rights to PE.... hence my mentioning that even if we do know who the parties to the JOA are, we will still be speculating. It all lies in the content of the JOA.
