BHP or Xstrata aren't locked out. The MOU is just for Chinese companies.
The extraordinary thing was that JRV was ignored despite it's resource, until the Chinese MOU, an event which JRV appeared to have engineered.
INL was there lurking as a shareholder for some time, but didn't seem to spring into action until the MOU.
I personally don't wish to see Pursell out. It must have been tough getting JRV to this point - pushing agaìnst the grain for so long without help or interest from anyone while having a good technological idea in mind.
I purchased JRV because I liked what he was doing.
I am hoping INL see fit to not be marauding opportunists and will provide decent beneficial input.
Be nice to stick it to the Chinese though. "Here, we can extract the Nickel, tonnes & tonnes of it, .... want some?"
