One thing worse in being down on days like this is publicly denying there is a problem!!!
Take a look at this article from the SMH. Comsec denied they were down!!
"General manager Matt Comyn confirmed the CommSec slow-down was the result of "a huge spike in traffic this morning", but he denied there were any significant delays in processing orders."

I am very very angry with such an attitude. But of course the advertising media wont investigate it further becasue Commsec are one of their largest advertising clients
Utterly disgraceful.
