    That's news to me W27 .... have read about the safety issues but not come across any thing re: a lock out imposed on them ........ do you have a link so I / we can verify what you have posted ?

    Not that I don't trust what you have posted just that cabots do have a history of scaling back and or shutting down the mine as demand wained
