Jeez Global, think we've had this conversation before, try and recall the basics eh?
Not questioning that 1c options will be exercised, but interested in the timing with regard to news & events.

So, why now and not hold out for 'near term' off-takes/mou's?

Assuming u need to sell some heads to pay for conversion then higher sp in that scenario would be advantageous.

Perception could be 'near term' stretches beyond May, so best sp is now in some holders' minds?
