SP means nothing it's all about MC.

BAR MC = 35 mil and cash = 4 mil so EV is 31 mil.

GME MC = 34 mil and cash = 4 mil so EV is 31 mil.

COB MC = 17 mil and cash = 10 mil so EV is 7 mil.

For them to be 'valued' the same BAR and GME would need a SP 4c and 3c respectively OR COB would need a SP of 36c
