If you dont think that gaol breakout skirmish in the capital city of puntland is significant re puntland security and if you dont think investors need to know these thing then I am at a loss. If there was a hour long gun battle and the criminals won at Long Bay Gaol then Sydney would be worried....anyway I am sure its all in hand.
maybe ,just maybe security and instability are some of the reasons why we RRS holders have had no news yet.
