Hi all

Hind sight is a beautiful thing. We can all look back now and say we wish we had have bought lots of property 5-7 years ago in certain boom suburbs etc. At the same time we can also say that shares were not a great investment during the past 3-4 years (there are always some exceptions).

We must remember that everyone has different investment styles, risk levels and we are bombarded with investment advice daily (some good, some not so.)

Sue propbably followed the old investment advice of spread your risk between shares and property etc etc that we are all 'taught'. It just so happened that her property portfolio out performed shares over this time period.

I love shares and following the share market but I must admit that I have made much more money out of property than I have trading shares.....with less stress also.

Just my thoughts
