The amount of brine they need to extract from trenches is huge
As is the salt ratio
If you look at the chemistry
A 400 000 tpa will result in aprox 16 million ton
Of salt or waste that needs to be shifted or disposed of
I fail to see how this can be pumped back on the lake and not recirculated
Also if the lake surface is so permeable
How can it then hold the brine above the ground in the same material it drained from

There is a reason the project hasn't advance for over ten years
