Croatian you are one of the few I beleive really thinks things through. Yes I bought into SGH when almost every broker was saying how great it was and magazines were listing AG as a top CEO. Goes to show most brokers aren't any better analysing company provided BS then anyone else. Top marks to the few who could see the company was not being truthful.
As for now I'm only invested in residential property, 1st mortgage contributory funds, and term deposits. I am not in any stocks at this time. Maybe not as exciting as stocks but very safe and always increasing in value. I still have large financial interest in SGH managed by MB.
