I'm not talking about that, although im sure if the some part of the west was covered in pollution it would have taken proactive steps too . Im saying that financial due diligence is not a cultural aspect of the west but something thats evolved from previous financial crisises and scandals. Its inevitable that as the chinese economy becomes more productive and efficient that increased due diligence for investments will occur.
