Cant help think that the order number series is issued independently for each country. The number we see on this forum has increased by 500 since I placed my order before Xmas. So essentially 100 / week. If we consider all the hype around CES, the size of the US market, then consider Canada, Europe and the East, 100 / week, just says there must be more.
Anybody got contacts in USA or Europe who have ordered in the last 6 weeks. Getting their order confirmation number may prove the point.
