I can't even work out what this deal means.they own us but we really own them n they r doing a big cr to keep our (their )Duncan going I tried abit of research it seems they have 4 mill shares on registrar but r giving us 53 million plus some cash to run the show after much hoop jumping n high fiveing along the way until this point can someone please explain?
