Excuse me , how dare you say my English is a little confusing What is that you have difficulty understanding and find a little confusing , perhaps because I suggested the company was probably well aware it paid too much for a company for many reasons people like yourself probably wouldn't understand , I take it your costing in the obvious WIP (future earnings) into the what I suggested was an inflated purchase price . Has it occurred to you its quite possible the banks only loaned what they did to S&G based on the financials given to them by people that set up the loans that may well have have been fabricated just to get the sale/ deal (loans) over the line . A lot of people benefit from inflated prices paid at the expense of people who put the money up in the first place (creditors) two major banks plus shareholders (capital raising ) Sometimes my friend others take all the risk not the organizers or management and if things don't go to plan the only losers are the creditors (shareholders +banks) and if things go well its the people who put the whole thing together in the first case BUT they will not be the ones who pick up the pieces if things fall apart , OK . PS. directors are allocated share options to be exercised for a certain period of time hence very large share holdings , some share were purchased .(risk)
