Well, well, well. A CR! What a surprise. I would have thought that a CR would be plan B after failing to find the right JV partner at the right price.

But then, GXY has taken over GMM to run the show. And they have done really well in doing so. Sharing is caring, but maybe AT believes GXY can do it all by herself and doesn't like to be mixed up in a mess similar to other JVs in the lithium space.

And who says this CR is for SDV? Maybe it is for JB! Come on AT! What is the money for? JB? Are you doing a CR with flapping the DFS for JB in our faces? Or is it for SDV?

Exciting times for my 50% holding in GXY and 50% in cash.
