ASIC considers continuous disclosure to shareholders a paramount obligation. ASIC website even says something similar. IMO it will be proven that SGH failed miserably in their legal obligation to keep shareholders informed.
Interesting video, Vancouver is the most overpriced property in Canada like Sydney on steroids. While I invest in property overseas I don't invest in bubble cities. I think different people are suited to different investments. With stocks you can only take listed companies at their word and hope they are not lying to you.
