why would you take something over if you didnt NEED THEM or their tech
its a great deal - a great deal!! great i tell you
but seriously - it could be a great deal having all under the 1 company - BUT LPD shareholders need to get proper value for their shares and the actual tech that we own [ and potential Sileach tech we might own too pending the result of the court case - which seems almost impossible to win now - one would think ]
