Interesting investing that you assume management is always lying. I guess that's where I came undone believing AG & Co were actually telling the truth. I figure if ASIC says they aren't outright criminal fraudsters there will be more CA and individual lawsuits to come. I do hope the company recovers not only for current shareholders but also because I understand there isn't even enough indemnity insurance to cover the current MB lawsuit let alone more CA to come.
