Gday mate,

where should I begin! have been a client for 17 years and got shown door!!! simply for requesting support to issues that needed resolving since July 2006. I have just moved to another Broker after being told that my trading accounts are to be terminated! go figure, let's get rid of the problem.

here is a list of problem I have encountered:

1. Window views not responding while others respond.
2. Closing and re-opening windows results in complete loss of all windows.
3. Window tabs disappearing from view making other windows inaccessible.
4. News window not showing current news articles and lags upwards of one hour on a supposedly this is a Live Trading Platform.
5. Watch lists lost on opening the application and having to be recreated losing valuable time on pre-market open.
6. Options pricing quoted correctly in one window view, yet incorrect by as much as 100 fold in another window view.
7. Trade analysis window showing incorrect price figures by as much as 100 fold.
8. The platform going offline intermittently for excessive periods while the Internet is still connected.
9. Buy and Sell orders window hanging while executing an order, resulting in missed market opportunities.
10. Charting window not responding for hours at a time.
11. Profiles not being saved resulting in the recreation of all windows.
12. Market depth window lagging in time upwards of 10 minutes.
13. Course of sales window lagging in time upwards of 10 minutes.
14. Alerts configured but are not triggered resulting in missed market opportunities.
15. News windows failing to display the sensitive news marker normally the exclamation mark “!”.
16. News window displaying a stock’s resumption time after sensitive news being released disappeared completely from the 20th of Feb 2007 and unable to resolve even after calling Commsec on numerous occasions.
17. Protrader II going offline randomly and at times in the last 5 minutes prior to the ASX closing.

pretty extensive yes? I have other colleagues joining in the letter in protest ;)
