@Skol do you not like the fact that people other than yourself make a lot of money via other means like Gold and not property? Some of us are close to retirement and half your age just by trading excellent gold stocks for the past 5-6 years. Serious question. Or do you just enjoy a good debate of Gold V Property? I mean I'm 36 and first purchased NST at 47c for example, made a lot more than if I purchased a 3 bedder instead. Each to their own, don't ya think?
